Tosh picks up something odd on one of the cameras, so Owen ends up the one headed out to check on it. It's not unusual for strange creatures to show up in the city, but as of late, he hasn't encountered anything other than weevils and vampires. With the way this dimension seems to work, Owen often wonders why they don't run into new creatures more often.
Though, by the time Owen makes it to the alley, there's already someone else there.
